• Heck yeah we ship! The Lilly Pad can ship plants to the US (excluding Hawaii).

• Right now, we can’t ship to Canada, but we’ll get there one day.

• If you are local to Fort Collins, there is a local delivery amount automatically calculated at check out. This means that I will personally deliver your plant to you like your Fairy Plant Lady.

• Plants from The Pad will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

• Plants will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure you get your green baby as quickly as possible. Weekend delays are incredibly frustrating, so I’d like to spare us BOTH the headache!

• For orders placed during the week, give me 1-2 business days for processing.

• USPS usually gets things delivered between 2-5 days, and you’ll receive tracking information once the order is processed.

• Merch orders are fulfilled by Printful as the order comes through. You will receive tracking information directly from them!

• The Lilly Pad is licensed in the state of Colorado to ship plants to California, but please be aware:

  • "The California Food and Agricultural Code provides the authority (i.e., Section 6461.5) to reject any plant material moving from one state to another which is pest infested, or for which there is reasonable cause to believe may be pest infested. Border station Inspectors may therefore reject and confiscate plant material presumed to present a risk of pest or disease introduction into California."

• I have no control over this, and the CA Department of Agriculture may return the package back to The Pad or request a phytosanitary certification.

• If this happens to your package we will refund your purchase.
