Alocasia Okinawa Silver - 2"

$17.99

The Alocasia Okinawa Silver is a striking and elegant Alocasia prized for its elongated, arrow-shaped leaves and cool-toned coloration. The leaves feature soft, silvery-green surfaces contrasted by deeper green veining, creating a refined, almost metallic appearance that stands out beautifully in any collection.

This alocasia, in particular, grows up TALL as opposed to wide - kinda cool!

This plant was grown from a corm grown from the mother plant in my home nursery :)

Okinawa Care:

  • Light: Bright, indirect light. Make sure this plant does not get DIRECT light, as the leaves will scorch and wilt.

  • Water: Consistent watering is key. The Lilly Pad suggests a self-watering pot.

  • Soil: Right now, this plant is potted in a sphagnum moss/perlite mix. However, The Lilly Pad suggests putting alocasias in a self-watering pot with perlite/fluval stratum. One could pot an alocasia in regular chunky soil, too!
