The Golden Pothos is an easy-care houseplant, perfect for beginners. This tropical vine, native to the Solomon Islands, can be trained to climb supports or trail from pots and hanging baskets. Its adaptability and low maintenance needs make it a valuable addition to any indoor garden.
Unrooted/lightly rooted mid cut. This was propagated from my mother plant and was potted in-home in a sphagnum moss/perlite mix :)
Golden Pothos Care:
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light, but can tolerate low-light conditions. Avoid harsh sunlight as the leaves can scorch.
Water: Allow the top 1 or 2 inches to feel fully dry between waterings. Like most pothos, this is drought-tolerant, so it’s better to under-water than over-water.
Soil: Right now, THIS plant is potted in moss/perlite. When you have 2-3 inches of established roots, you can move it over into loose, well-draining, chunky soil. I use a potting mix with worm castings, add perlite, and orchid bark!
