Philodendron Dean McDowell is a hybrid of two very popular indoor plants, Philodendron gloriosum and Philodendron pastazanum. This particular species is an easy care plant that needs little attention! This plant will grow along the top of the soil, so we lovingly call this our jungle crawler. This plant will not climb so make sure you can provide it with ample space to grow.

Light: Bright, indirect light
Water: Allow plant to dry out completely between waterings
Soil: Right now, this plant is potted in a sphagnum moss/perlite mix. You can move this plant over to a loose, well draining soil when you’re ready to do so!
